Booking and Payment

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and agreed on a schedule. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing

Payment Terms

• Monthly programmes are billed at the start of each month
• Session-based programmes are payable before or immediately after each session

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
