Booking and Payment
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and agreed on a schedule. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
- Monthly programmes are billed at the start of each month
- Session-based programmes are payable before or immediately after each session
- Payment must be received before services are rendered
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.
