Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a programme?
The easiest way is to visit our home page, select the programme that interests you, and complete the booking form. We'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange the first session. Alternatively, you can email us directly with your enquiry.
Where do sessions take place?
We offer sessions at various community centres and libraries across Birmingham, as well as online options for maximum flexibility. Specific locations are confirmed during the booking process based on your preferred area and the programme type.
What if my child is between age ranges?
Age ranges are guidelines based on typical developmental stages. During our initial conversation, we'll discuss your child's current financial knowledge and recommend the most appropriate programme. We can also customise content when needed.
Can siblings participate together?
Absolutely. Our Family Financial Workshops are designed for this. For age-specific programmes, we can arrange sibling discounts if both children are enrolling in separate programmes.
Do you offer group sessions with other families?
We do offer small group sessions for similar age ranges. Group learning can be beneficial as children learn from each other's questions and perspectives. Contact us to discuss current group availability.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. Monthly programmes are billed at the start of each month. Session-based programmes can be paid per session or in advance for a discount.
Is there a minimum commitment?
For monthly programmes, we recommend a minimum of three months to see meaningful progress, though there's no contractual obligation. Session-based programmes and one-to-one mentoring can be booked individually.
